The requirements for a Teacher's Loan application are as follows:

2 Valid IDs (PRC, E-Card, and Company ID)
Appointment letter
1 Latest Original Pay slip

The qualifications are as follows:

Must be a regular employee of the school (Teaching or Non-teaching personnel)
Age 60 years old and below upon loan maturity
Has an appointment letter
Employed at the school for more than six (6) months
Has an Employee Number
Capacity to pay

For new clients, it takes one (1) to three (3) days, depending on how fast your DepEd Verifier approves the application. For loan buyouts (takeouts), it takes three (3) to five (5) days, also depending on your DepEd Verifier's approval time.

Our terms range from one (1) year up to seven (7) years, depending on your preferred term length.

We only charge a Processing Fee of 5.5%, which is lower compared to other Private Lending Institutions (PLIs) that charge up to 6%.

Your Net Take Home Pay (NTHP) should not be lower than 5,500 Pesos.
